hi, my name is ugonnaya, and i go by GOGO! i’m a first-generation nigerian-american creator.

as a graduate of usc’s marshall school of business and thornton school of music, my studies, projects, and work experience reflect my passions in life: good music and good people. i consistently place myself at this creative intersection, whether it be through event curation & project management or DJing & performing!

my musical work adeptly blends the storytelling of my ancestral tradition with the sampling lineage of hip-hop. i aim to express myself authentically and seamlessly across as many mediums and platforms as possible, portraying a sort of multi-dimensionality that is clearly a sign of the times!
